Shipping and Delivery Countries

We currently deliver our games to Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

Due to the new European packaging regulations, we have temporarily restricted international shipping to these countries. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Fast dispatch: Orders placed on working days before 10:00 am are usually dispatched on the same day, provided all items are in stock and payment has been received or authorised.

Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

In some regions, parcels are also delivered on Saturdays.

If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will normally dispatch all items together in a single shipment. The delivery time will therefore depend on the item with the longest delivery time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, the weight and, where applicable, the dimensions of the ordered items.

The shipping costs for your order will be displayed in your shopping basket once the destination country has been selected.

Bulky items: Additional shipping charges may apply to particularly large or bulky games. These charges are taken into account when calculating your shipping costs.

Deliveries to German islands: An additional island surcharge of €16.00 applies to deliveries to German islands.

Deliveries to Switzerland

Orders shipped to Switzerland are generally exported from Germany without German VAT.

An additional customs clearance fee of €26.00 applies.

Please note that additional charges may arise when importing goods into Switzerland, including Swiss import VAT and any additional fees charged by the shipping provider. These costs are payable by the recipient.

The payment methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the destination country.

Payment on invoice for organisations and businesses: Schools, nurseries, clubs, public authorities and businesses may also purchase directly on invoice by prior arrangement.

Please always include your order number as the payment reference when making a bank transfer.
