English Shipping and Delivery Time
The shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping costs for the countries listed below. If your country is not listed please contact us in advance. We will letting you know if supply is possible and which freight charges occur. .
If you place your order by around 11 AM, it will be shipped on the same day.
The delivery time within Germany, unless otherwise stated, is 1-2 business days (business days include all weekdays except Saturdays, Sundays, and nationwide public holidays).
Your package can now also be delivered on Saturdays throughout Germany. If you order products with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together in one shipment.
Shipping Costs in Germany
The shipping costs within Germany are €4.95.
For games that must be shipped as bulky goods (article numbers: 0817, 0814, 1290, 1122, and 1438), the shipping costs are €18.95.
For deliveries to German islands, an additional island surcharge of €16.00 applies on top of the regular shipping costs.
