Variants & Size Recommendations

The jump rope is available in five different lengths and is optimally suited to different body heights:

• 170 cm – for height 1.20–1.40 m
• 200 cm – for height 1.40–1.60 m
• 240 cm – for height 1.60–1.80 m
• 280 cm – for height 1.80–2.00 m
